3 Weeks to Go!
With three weeks until Thanksgiving, I’ve been consulting my Food Network Magazine religiously. I’ll be spending Thanksgiving with the ladies (Jillian, Alison and Stefanie) and we want to make a great meal in our little cabin. Although I think I’ll end up going with regular mashed potatoes, this issue has an insert with 50 different variations!
I might just make it a mission to try them all. The ones I’m most excited to try are:
Spicy Chipotle, Curried Sweet Potato mash with toasted coconut and Blue Cheese Walnut. Yummy!
