If you make a right turn onto Sunset from Silver Lake Blvd. and you see a black and white sign for tacos, you want to pull in to that parking lot.  I just got a burrito from Tarascos Mexican Restaurant and it was so good…I couldn’t take a picture before I finished it. I went to Tarascos for breakfast two weekends ago and that was also delicious.  Pictured here is my breakfast enchilada.  Scrambled eggs wrapped in homemade corn tortillas, covered in cheese and sauce.  I requested that they add the avocado and the rice and beans were perfect. While I loved breakfast at Tarascos, my favorite is the California burrito.  I don’t get it with meat, but you have a couple different options if you want the protein added.  Make sure to ask for their habenero salsa.  Mmmm…move over Taco Zone and Machos Tacos, you’ve got competition.
