Toast. French.  (Because what else are you doing to do with leftover challah?)
I froze some leftover challah from the last time I made french toast and decided today was good for defrosting.  I dipped the slices in an egg wash with a splash of vanilla and about a tablespoon of cinnamon and then cooked either side until brown.
I topped the slices with a warm strawberry topping and maple syrup.  Happy Saturday!
PS - I know this post is short and kinda lame, but I’m tired.
